Denne hjemmeside omhandler et forskningsprojekt om Intelligent Farttilpasning kaldet Spar på Farten og gennemført af Trafikforskningsgruppen på Aalborg Universitet. Intelligent Farttilpasning handler om at installere udstyr i biler, der løbende viser hastighedsgrænsen på et display og advarer føreren, hvis hastighedsgrænsen overtrædes. I projektet er der udviklet et udstyr til Intelligent Farttilpasning som foruden at advare om hastighedsovertrædelser også logges hastighedsovertrædelserne. Disse logninger er anvendt forskelligt i to delprojekter. I det ene projekt med 153 privatbilister som deltagere er logningerne efterfølgende brugt til at reducere en lovet bonus på 30 % på deltagernes bilforsikring hos Topdanmark. I det andet projekt med 26 firmabiler kørt af 51 chauffører blev logningerne brugt til personlig og kollega/chef kontrol. This website deals with a research project on Intelligent Speed Adaptation called “ Pay As You Speed” conducted by the Traffic Research Group at Aalborg University . Intelligent Speed Adaptation is about to install devices in cars that continuously displays the speed limit and warns the driver when the speed limit is violated. The project has developed a device for Intelligent Speed Adaptation. This system is capable to warn for violating the speed as well as to log the speeding. These logs are used differently in two sub-projects. In one project with 153 private motorists as participants loggings are subsequently used to reduce a promised bonus. The insurance company called “Topdanmerk” offered a 30% bonus to the applicant which will be reduced e little bit every time the driver violates the speed. In the second project, with 26 company cars driven by 51 different drivers loggings were used for personal and colleague / manager control.
